Our designs range from Feather Lites, Tour Lites, Lightweights, Standard Weights and Turbo Tuff in 4340 aircraft quality alloy to our Dirt Series and Dirt Lites made from our exotic 300M material. We offer a massive array of shelf stock part numbers in various lengths for multiple engine applications; and we do custom and private label work as well.
Don’t be fooled; not all H-Beams are created equal. Manley H-Beams are not only very “economically” priced, but they are finished to the same exacting tolerances and high quality standards as our Sportsmaster® and Pro Series rods. Final hone size, thread detail, bend and twist - these are attributes we take very seriously. You will find the Manley H-Beam rods superior to others on the market. Available with both ARP 8740 and ARP 2000 bolts.
H-Tuff & H-Tuff Plus Rods:
- Manufactured from 4340 forgings
- Heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened and 100% individually magnafluxed
- Weight matched sets + 1.5 grams
- Cap fasteners are 3/8” ARP 2000 for the H-Tuff and 3/8” ARP Custom Age 625+ for the H-Tuff Plus
- Flywheel horsepower range for the these rods in a 4 cylinder application is 750 with the ARP 2000 bolts and 950 with ARP 625+ bolts. In a 6 cylinder application the horsepower range is 1000 with the ARP 2000 bolts and 1200 with the ARP 625+ bolts.
