With UEL headers, it takes more time for the gases to pass through the two longer header pipes to reach the collector, causing an imbalance of backpressure at the exhaust ports, decreasing the overall performance of the exhaust.

STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION
The IAG Equal Length Header is TIG welded and fully constructed from 304 stainless steel, including the cast stainless flanges. This premium-grade stainless steel ensures long-lasting resilience, even at high temperatures. The IAG Header pipes feature a consistent 45mm (1.77 inch) inner diameter throughout, providing an improvement over the 40mm restriction found in the OEM version. Additionally, the flange openings at the turbo ports have been widened to 42mm (1.65 inch) to provide maximum flow and performance. Finally, the header incorporates the use of a slip-joint expansion section to accommodate for flex caused by heat cycling.
