The DBA 4000 Series XS (Cross Drilled & Slotted Rotors) for the 2004-17 STI utilize a high Carbon Alloyed Iron (XG-150) and Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) to allow for constant extreme "late braking" heat cycles. DBA'S 1 piece XS drilled and slotted rotors provided improved braking performance, better brake feel and features a protective coating.
